Gary has to stop a little girl, Allie, from wondering into the sewer system but he arrives too late when Chuck almost runs over a man. He goes to the police but they refuse to listen to him. They become suspicious of Gary since he knows too much information. Gary must try to find her on his own because a massive rain storm is coming and Allie will drown if Gary doesn't find her fast enough. Guest stars: Bill Nunn, John Beasley, & Taylor Momsen as Allie
